How we made it

From the first conversation to the running product.

A medical-assistance group runs from two desks. They needed one site that explains both in a minute, lets an insurer open a case in a few taps, and feels as calm as the people who answer the phone at 3 a.m.

We sat with the people doing the work and wrote down how it runs today, and where it hurts.

The story

A group that had outgrown “two websites and a phone number”.

The group had two desks, two brands and two sets of contacts, and insurers kept asking the same question: who do I call for this case? We put both desks on one page, side by side, with what each one does and the fastest way to reach it.

Then we made the site do the explaining. A short process strip shows a case from first call to closed. An operations simulator lets a visitor pick a desk, a service and how urgent it is, and see how the case would move. And because their partners are in Europe and Latin America as much as the Gulf, the whole site switches to Spanish in one click.
